Refund window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for all BookForge digital software products. If the software does not function as described in our product documentation, you are eligible for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact our support team within 14 days and provide details about the technical issue you experienced.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The software does not function as described in our documentation
  • You experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Compatibility issues with unsupported systems
  • Requests made after the 14-day window

Licensing terms

All BookForge software is licensed under the following terms:

  • Single-user license: Each license permits use by one individual user
  • Multi-device: You may install the software on up to 3 devices for personal use
  • Non-transferable: Licenses cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with other users
  • Commercial use: Additional licensing is required for commercial applications

Upon refund approval, your license will be deactivated and you must uninstall the software from all devices.

How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at support@bookforge.com within 14 days of purchase
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue
  • Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
